When will Huskies bar in Hartford be up and running?

It was targeted to open early 2025 according to the Hartford Business Journal. I was just on Pratt Street talking to one of the bartenders at Urban Lodge and the subject came up (when I asked). He said there is no construction activity in the space that was suppose to be the new Pratt Street Huskies. You would think they would like to catch as much of the basketball season as possible.

Anyone have anything solid on this?

Is the building on the south side of Pratt? I know that some of the Pratt Street buildings are in the middle of potentially being foreclosed on and are in receivership. That could be holding things up.

Shelbourne also is fighting foreclosure on historic structures on the south side of Pratt Street. Shelbourne has been a key player in the revitalizing the street as both a place to live and as a dining and entertainment destination.

As part of the foreclosure filing, Stamford-based Webster Bank also is seeking at least $1.3 million in city property taxes that have not been paid, beginning in July, 2023.
