Without looking it up, I'm pretty sure the answer is 2007. Renee and Maya made at least the WBCA team in 2008, and UConn has had at least one player on that team every year since then.

Add in 1991 for Bascom, and there's the complete list of years. And yeah, I hadn't thought about it, but you're right, UConn's current All-America streak isn't even its longest one. Pretty remarkable.
