Wondering if this staff developing the players like they should?

This staff has tons of head coach experience , figured I point fingers at someone

These guys can't go out there and run the offense, much like a batting coach can only teach and advise. The player makes the play work. players execute and if they fail to execute the pick and roll or pick and pop, or dunk, it's not the coaches. Not just us, but so many kids lack fudamentals when they come to college. They get by on athleticism in prep schools, and AAU and come to college flawed in fundamentals taht coaches have to rewire them and that takes time. Patience , these kiddos will get it right.

A single man, whether junior or senior, who could come in and be a stabilizing force, would be invaluable. We don't have it.

Yes. And the Colts won a bunch of games last year with virtually the same team that struggled to win one this year. Damnedest thing Fishy.
