If you'd asked me just two weeks ago, I would've never had South Carolina and Texas in the top 16. But they are undoubtedly trending up, whereas other teams (e.g., Kentucky, Michigan State, Iowa, Arizona State) that I would've ranked ahead of them have dropped games to unranked teams.

Well it appears that Texas is trending down again as they just dropped a game to unranked Kansas St by 16 points.

In the midst of chaos in the 2nd ten, I think I'd actually push Rutgers up to #11,, though it's all very tight.
