Cincinnati played SMU after they had TWELVE days off and Louisville had EIGHT days off before the first match up. Since it is an 18 game round robin schedule, each team will have a one week break twice during the conference season. One of the few correct things the American did is schedule a hell of a last few weeks for TV on ESPN and CBS in primetime slots...
