What's the timetable on our new conference name?

I'm kinda sick of how UCONN has been pretty much blackballed (my opinion) by the "bigger" conferences... We're stuck in limbo right now without a conference. The Big East name gets retained by the "Catholic" schools so we're up the creek without a paddle, just sitting here, like a kid in the corner of a classroom with the dunce cap on because he did something bad...

What gives? Can it get anymore frustrating/embarrassing than this?

I hope the Maryland vs. ACC lawsuit gets settled quickly so the next round of realignment can begin.

Other than getting the name out there on peoples minds to begin the rebranding what's the rush? I would prefer they get a decent name rather than rush. They rush we are America 12. Take a little while, hopefully get it right, or at least one that won't further embarass us or damage the schools brand.

Can't argue the feeling, many of us I'm sure feel the same way.

The Uconn conference or TCC. Because well..... Uconn threatened to take the B!G offer if we did not get to chose the name .

They would start with the NGC, then explain it as the "Not Good Conference". I'm telling you, a LOT of thought needs to go into this.
