ok/okst/tt/byu to the pac becuase texas is a and a half to deal with, texas goes indy
mizzu gets the Big offer and kansas/ist(iowa polotics helps) is the package.
sec then adds fball and mk's. fsu/ncst/vpi to go with atm.
acc now has to make a big move. uconn/ruty/wvu to get back to 14, they add good fball and bball
psu sees the eastern league as a dream, jumps to acc(on talk of a big new tv contract)
free agents now-baylor/kst/usf/lville/cincy
nd is the only real indy left and the hand is forced, they go Big. the Big needs 1 more now and they waited for ever for nd and lost out on others, hurts with psu jumping. they have no choice, its between cincy and kst(your pick).
acc now picks between usf and lville(your pick, i guess lville, miami won't like usf)

pac+ok/okst/tt/byu =16
sec+atm/fsu/vpi/ncst =16
big+ mizzu/kansas/ist/nd/16(kst or cincy) =16
acc+cuse/ruty/uconn/pitt/wvu/psu/lville=16
no one important is indy
mwc/cusa/bcsleftovers form a conf of 16. not a bad conf

this gives us a great home. strongest bball and all the northeast school together which is great for our fball...solid home in all sports with some history with schools in this conf...
