Figured I would start this off:
spinach/artichoke dip with pita chips; chips and salsa; Wings, mini crab toast (crab cake on TX toast...using a cookie cutter to cut up TX toast pieces then top with a mini crab cake and bake); jumbo shrimp (with shell on) seasoned with Old Bay topped with pats of butter and steamed in beer; skillet potatos (diced potatos with vidalia onion, bacon, cheddar cheese); skillet corn (fresh corn sliced off the cob sauteed with vidalia onion, salt and pepper in butter), filet mignon. Cold beer is a given! Gonna get there by 3:30 at the latest..get food cooked then eat and enjoy my tailgate! Then go in and cheer for UCONN! This season may frustrating ...but I'm not going to the frustration ruin the experience!

Lots of beer and wings. Wild Turkey 101 and coke on standby for the second half just in case. Maybe some of those chocolate, caramel and cashew clusters if things go well.

I'm thinking crab cakes and steaks. Our group tries to do something to incorporate our opponent. And I don't think turtle stew would fly over very well with the guys.

I can't eat seafood but I hear down in Maryland they catch cicadas and season them with Old Bay like crabs. I would try that but we didn't get swarms of cicadas in New Haven/Hamden like the TV was saying, just one in this tree and one in that tree.

As stated during preseason, missing this game due to a wedding. (Sister & her family are happy to use my tickets). Reception menu offerings are filet mignon, some kind of chicken, & a fish entrée. See you guys at the Michigan game.

Pizza with my own dough cooked on the grill, steak tips marinated in bourbon, home made wine and home made beer. I think we may throw in some buffalo turkey meatballs and blue cheese. Guests are welcome.

Of course crab cakes. And my tailgate crab cakes are so good I never order them out anymore.
