When we don’t let the defense get set. Cole plays faster, but isn’t the distributor Gaffney is. He’s also too short to be effective in the paint. Gaff is actually pretty good down there, but is reluctant. He needs both confidence and a green light from Hurley. He needs to know that he can be aggressive and make mistakes.
