Nappis in PTown is good, white sauce littleneck clams on linguine. Go to Ballston Beach in Truro and walk the beach in either direction, head into the wind first! Beach walks require a winter hat and layers with a windbreaker. Check out PTown walking the back streets just looking at all the different houses and yards. Many houses in the west end were floated across the harbor from the outer sandbar years ago. they have a blue sign on them. The old cemetary on Winthrop St. which is somewhere out of the wind. There are trails that lead to a nice views off North Pamet Rd. in Truro. Enjoy the solitude!!!!

Thanks! Appreciate the help. We ended up at Wicked Oyster in Wellfleet tonight and had a great meal.

Love the Wicked Oyster. We generally get there 10-12 times a summer. One of our favorite Cape restaurants along with the Impudent Oyster in Chatham. (Probably a bit too far out of the way if you’re staying in Truro.)

You could hit Truro Vineyard. Is is the best vineyard in the world? Nope. Are you going to leave with two cases of wine? Nope. Is it a fun way to spend part of an afternoon. Yup. You can also visit their distillery, South Hollow Spirits. It’s basically on the same property. Tastings for both are not expensive.

The Atlantic Spice Company is fun place - bulk spices, teas, etc. If either of you like to cook or even if you don’t (we don’t), it’s kinda cool.

If this is something you want to do to kill time, just call the places in advance...they’re all open today, but offseason hours on the Cape can be set in sand.

Thanks a bunch. We’re planning on hitting the vineyard today and spice place tomorrow. Wicked Oyster was great

OTW Home stop in Brewster on 6a and have the Clam Chowda at the Brewster Inn and Chowder House. Best Chowder anywhere. You might stop in at the General Store close by at the corner of 6a and 124.

My Last Bowl in May.
