Here is another subject ripe for investigative journalism. Between exit fees (paid and unpaid) and NCAA basketball tourney credits due, what is the payout due to each remaining school in the BE? What, if anything, is the amount due for the football teams leaving (Pitt, Syracuse, Louisville, Rutgers) and the C-7? What, if anything, is payable to the NBE teams coming in? This is a confusing siuation that can be analyzed and computed with a little digging.
