Calamari gets credit for developing "the Brow", what about what he did with the twins for 2 years (don't remember, were they lottery picks and in last year's NBA all star game). I'm sure Kyrie wouldn't be what he is without ratface coaching him up for a year. Bad recruiting and player retention on Ollie, any lack of effort on team is on Ollie, lack of effective team offensive/defensive scheme (based on players available) on Ollie.
