Production level is just ok, by design I think. Some scenes have that Blair Witch realism. Plot is essentially a video restoration guy is hired to restore a bunch of Sony 8mm tapes, and what they reveal tells the story of a woman doing a video grad student project on a NYC apartment complex, where weird stuff is going down.
