I do think the staff needs to be ultra selective because they will kill it in 2019 I believe and don't need to tie up spots on projects. Grad transfer or two would make a lot of sense and a transfer that is a stud only (that sits out) seem to make sense, but I'd love to hear more ideas and I could be way off base here.
