Tens of thousands attend and the atmosphere is the best. Chairs, coolers, alcohol, and food are permitted plus there are many vendors selling beer/wine and a diversified menu of delicious offerings. A good spot to park is the lot across from Black Eyed Sallys and then it's an easy walk over to the park.
