Good intentions but poorly executed. This is the football board! But..we know what you mean.

Since most of the country didn't even know what conference that UConn was in...this probably will only by noticed by UConn fans.

wish we could have competed in that conference. All the chest thumping about us being back to rule the Big East rings a little hollow considering we were mid-level/cellar dwellers in the AAC.

It's a "make the best of it" situation for the football program. Fortunately we've inked some big names on our schedule in upcoming years, even if most are a one & done payday road trip. Some decent names coming to The Rent though too. That plus the TV deal with CBSSN, so at least we have one leg to stand on.

Stop trying to rain on the parade. I know it comes naturally but every now and then allow yourself a good positive thought about UConn. It’s ok.
