It's also not surprising that Davis didn't hesitate to focus on a hiring a woman as a coach considering how his father, Al Davis, did business when he was alive. His mindset was always the right fit for the job. Gender, race, didn't matter. Amy Trask, was his CFO and worked closely with him for many years.
