I stayed up late watching that one....my niece goes to KSU, but even if she didn't, I would have watched. Nothing like an 0-6 team taking down the unbeaten. Fun watch...at least it was better than my wife's "rescue hero" shows that I just can't watch anyway.

New Mexico State was the most recent one. After losing to UConn they went on to lose to Virginia Tech, New Mexico State and then Toledo in their bowl game.

I'm interested in seeing how Pitt's Eli Holstein bounces back from what was his first bad game. Unfortunately, other than one drive for a FG, he hasn't seen the field. That's due to Cuse's QB throwing 3 picks on the first three series, including two pick-sixes.

Three pick 6s in the first half, jeez. Pitt's offense doesn't have to do anything since the defense has gotten most of the points.
Those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. I see a QB who is facing a monsterous p4 defense ... Narduzi had success written all over him ...man I wish we got him when we were interviewing. Cuses QB and WR's will look much different when we play them.

Pitt was out gained by over 100 yards and the ToP favored the fruit by 2:1, yet such a lopsided score due to all those turnovers The fruit moved the ball, just couldn't hold on for the score. It won't be pretty when we visit.

That game was just a total throttling by Pitt's LBs. Even not counting McCord's 6 sacks, the RBs had 20 carries for a miserable 38 yards.Didn't watch the game but McCord at cuse had 321 yards. Does that include INT yards? Pitt with 41 points and only 217 total yards.
SU rushed for 6 yards.
McCord went 35-64. He'd only thrown six picks before tonight's five. That's gonna be a lot of pass attempts for our secondary to cover, and it's in their place. While this game boosts confidence we can hang with them, it's still going to be a tall order.

To the disappointment of (probably) no one on this board, BC trails Louisville midway through the 4th quarter 31-27, after leading 20-0 and 27-10 earlier in the game. Eagles just punted back to the Cards with 5:40 to go.
