I did just a little digging, and Gonzales got a very early offer from Judkins in the summer after her freshman year. and though other schools (not named in the sources I read) also showed interest, she committed to BYU early in her junior year. Her LDS faith was reportedly a major reason for her decision. Gonzales was Gatorade Arizona POY her junior year.
