Week 10 NonUConn | The Boneyard

Week 10 NonUConn

Look I know losing to Rice was bad for us Saturday and it’s not an equal comparison but we had guys looking for Mora replacements and comparing ourselves to Tulane and they get boatraced by 3-4 UTSA (who lost to Temple btw). I think that’s a lesson to calm down for now…

Yup. We’re basically an AAC caliber team, and subject to cannibalization.

UNC vs Cuse
Interesting night up there in the great white north on the eve of All Hallows Day. I can only imagine how freaky it's gonna get on campus. I hadn't heard about this Miron Victory Court attached to the dome

This dude Lorcan Quinn kicked a 55 yarder last night for Marshall. A Gaelic Football Player earned a scholarship
Luckily for Quinn, he may be NIL’d out of Huntington, WV this offseason. Not a Notre Dame fan, but South Bend would be an interesting destination for the Gaelic footballer.

Their walk on frosh QB is 2-13. And yet they are only down 20-10. Shows u how bad UNC is.

LIU at Central Connecticut - Noon (NEC Front Row)

Central is lone unbeaten NEC team entering the month of November. CCSU returns from a bye week for the first of three home games in November on Saturday, hosting LIU. The Blue Devils are 5-3 overall and 3-0 in league play, while the Sharks enter the game at 3-5 overall and 1-2 in conference play.

Since UConn is an Independent and does not have other league scores to report, what if any updates of games are provided at Pratt & Whitney? I would hope the PA announcer or scoreboard would provide updates of CCSU (who was also an opponent this season). The flagship Connecticut university should be supporting college football across the State, especially the other publics - Central (FCS), Southern (D-II)., and Western (D-III).

Columbia at Yale - Noon
New Haven at Sacred Heart - Noon
Southern Conn. at Assumption - Noon
Coast Guard at Salve Regina - Noon
Wesleyan at Williams - 1:00
Amherst at Trinity - 1:00
Susquehanna at Western Conn. - 1:00

I don’t know what Fran Brown was thinking because that kid he put in at QB was not remotely ready to play.
the orange board went from thinking Brown was Lombardi and that they might lose him to Penn State to complete meltdown status

SMU beat Miami in OT. Like UConn, SMU just wanted a chance in a “power” conference. This shows once again there are several non-power conference schools that could make it at the next level.
