I believe she started basketball maybe her sophomore year of HS? Anyhow, true freshman and maybe a high ceiling but super raw. Mallory Collier has good touch on offense but is not a great defender or rebounder at this point. Lizzy Williamson is a 5th year transfer C but plays very upright and stiff - State will be in trouble if she has to play much. Last year Ashlyn Williams ate State up in the final 4 with 20 rebounds. SC has a handful of talented 6’3ish players who rebound well and idk that State has an answer for that. For State to compete the guards are going to have to be on their A game. That means a more confident and less uptight Saniya Rivers than what she showed in the FF game last year. Also means Zoe Brooks needs to continue to show growth in her game and for Azaiah James to get it going early. [/QUOTE]
