Failing on getting TCU on a Big East field or court (after flirting with Kansas State), the NBE could have started pushing for UAlbany. Yo ... we finally caved. East Carolina University Pirates WILL be our Purple people-loving saving Team. yeah

Only after seeing TCU-K-State did I realize how rare it is to see purple vs. purple matchups in the NCAA.

IF NYU had a football team ... think of the Cable TV eyeballs it could claim. Gosh - that school has unlimited value: eyeballs, academics, losing record (*cough Rutgers) and PURPLE.

Pudge -- that theory is four times as rational as anything that is happening. So it has no chance to be correct.
