We have lost ONE game with JC and Boatright

Plus we had our three best wins so far (FSU, Harvard and West Virginia) with JC coaching and Boat playing. As long as we get Boat back soon, we will be OK.

Yes and no.

If we get Boatright back, I think the team will be much improved. It still has a long way to go though.

The problem now is the season is nearing the end and UConn has lost 9 games of Boatright's development, 12 if you could the 3 he played without JC coaching. That is a lot of lost time that can't be brought back and could be the difference in a tight game down the stretch (assuming UConn does get Boatright back).

Yes, good point. I agree with both of you on this issue.

Obviously our frontcourt needs to improve and become more consistent. But boatright will be the key to us making a serious run. Not because we need him to make a big shot, but it frees up both Lamb and Bazz.

Trying to be positive, hope the Boat is freed soon and JC works his year end magic!

Boatright is a great response to the problem but not the solution. We could/should have won a couple of those without RB had we played better. The solution is playing better as a team, now how does that happen?
