Watching sports center per Ohio State Michigan game. They show Urban Meyer a year ago announcing vs today being 11-0 last year that same team was 6-7. Urban went in with a lot of question marks.. "we're going to push your ass like its never been pushed before", Pasqualoni inherits a BCS team and turns them subpar. So aside from the talent level what's the difference? Passion... Coaching. You watch the energy a guy like Urban brings to his team, squeezing and pushing his team to accept no less than greatness.. then you see coaches like Pasqualoni and Deleone who consistently explain and make excuses that they are doing the best with what they have and that the offense needs to do what it can to help special teams and defense win games. Coaches who constantly talk about prototype players like theirs aren't good enough... We hear posters on here defending them like they need time to get their own players. Big time coaches are furious after loses... Uconn coaches say our kids played hard they just didnt execute. This team was every bit as capable as Rutgers to have a big year... It's missing REAL leadership.

I fully agree with that. But to be fair, it needed more leadership from the seniors as well as the coaches.
