He is one and the same! He posted on the comments thread regarding new handles he lost the name Nelson Muntz going from Rivals to Scout but was able to get it back on this forum.

When I got to scout, my remaining Simpson's choices were Selma Bouvier and Waylon Smithers. I am glad to have Nelson back.
