WAY too early BE Tourney Tix question

It's been a LONG time since I've had the time to hit up the full BE Tourney (Wonkster's van, Rutgers hosting, ah the smell of popcorn!)

What's the deal for non-season ticket holders getting tix for the tourney?

Ok, the request for tickets by the school is on the website, here is the link for you to read the rules. On the main athletic page, select "Tickets", then "Buy Tickets" under quick links, then "Basketball" and the "Big East Women's Basketball Tournament Tickets" option is listed (4th line).
