Just saw the plaintive working the game, security for the Heat players leaving the court at the half.

So, where is the demotion? Not working the olympics?

I don't know Seems like a great gig to me.

Yeah, working the NBA finals sounds like a pretty cherry gig to me.

Maybe the poor prospects for her lawsuit is making her plaintive.

Isn't she going to be guarding David Stern in London? Thought I read she would be reassigned to his security team. That seems like, somewhat of, a promotion. She''ll be responsible for protecting the owner of the NBA/WNBA, it seems more prestigious.

So exactly how were her employment prospects were diminished?

Yeah I wouldn't mind her job, better than front court seats at the NBA finals!!!!!

Based on the assertions in the complaint, this may be the first time she's worked the NBA finals. She's allegedly worked some NBA events (only the All-Star Jam is mentioned specifically), the NBA Development league, USAB Men's Nike Olympic tour, some NBA overseas events, and of course the USA Women's team. One of her claims in the complaint is that the NBA gave its high profile events to her male counterparts. Now, we see her on TV at the NBA finals. The timing is curious to say the least...

If you look in the background at pregame and during time outs you see "that lady" working security.
