Haven't heard anything about Onyewere. I can't see UW winning either way. I expect them to get swept this weekend, USC showed last weekend they aren't pushovers at home.

10-4 start for UW, but that doesn't mean anything, they can't hold leads.

22-11 Dawgs. What the heck? I would feel good if they didn't just squander a 27-8 lead to start their last game.

.-.
Most of the time Pleskevich does nothing. She has 8 in Q1.

Wait, Onyenwere is actually playing in this game.

If you would've told me Melgoza and Van Dyke would combine for 4 points but UW would be up by 10 at halftime @ UCLA, there's no way I would believe you.

edit--35-25

This would be a huge upset and UCLA's RPI would plummet.

I have zero confidence in UW. They've been a terrible 2nd half team this year. They've coughed up double digit leads several times already, including against Vandy.

Lead disappearing in Q3, I've seen this before.

UCLA up 6 now early in Q4. I knew it wouldn't last.

.-.
What? They were outscored 26-12 in Q3, I can't believe they bounced back after that. Glad to be wrong.

UW shooting just under 50% from the floor and 9-22 from 3. Amazing what can happen when you hit some shots. 69-68 UCLA w/ 11 seconds left.

UCLA winning the turnover battle 21-7 ! How is UW in this?

25 O boards for UCLA but atrocious shooting behind the arc (4-28). Why are they even bothering to take 3s?

.-.
All UCLA in OT. Onyenwere has 30. Whatever injury she had must not have been very serious (although it probably cost them the game @ USC).

Stanford and UCLA both win it OT, Neither UC or UW have the players to go 45 minutes with these top10 teams on their court, but they gave a helluva 40 minutes. Colorado should be a NCAA tourney team and would be top 3 in any other conference. UW might make a long run in the WNIT like Zona did last year.

Melgoza is good, but she's not McDonald, and they don't have a Reese kind of player. I can't really see it. They shot the ball fairly well tonight, usually they are a terrible shooting team.

Cal is firmly entrenched in the cellar, but it's a complete...dawgfight right now between Utah, Colorado, USC, Washington and Washington St. for 7-11 in the conference.
