I might drag myself to this game. Went to the season opener, haven't attended any others so far.

I've been meaning to drag myself to some games in Boulder...but I am just waiting for Stanford to come to town it seems. I wasn't enthused by CU's OOC schedule, and Boulder is FAR from Centennial with any sort of traffic.

I also missed the Jackrabbits come to Denver this week, but prior commitments came first. I will make sure I go see the infamous Coyotes when they come.

Yeah UW's OOC was weak. I'm really disappointed the Oregon schools don't come to Seattle this year. I'll probably go to the Stanford game. Maybe should go to Arizona or UCLA too.

Didn't end up going to the game.

Attendance was rather paltry during OOC, but it looks like the lower bowl at least is full today. First home Pac 12 game for UW.

Oops, finally showed an expanded shot and the upper bowl is empty.

Glad I didn't pay for this. 3-0 UW 5 1/2 minutes into the game. If you like missed shots, this is the game for you. First to 20 wins?

Former UW men's player Eldridge Recasner is calling his first women's game, joining Elise Woodward. His voice reminds me just a bit of pro wrestler Booker T.

UW jumped out to a 10-2 lead, WSU came back to go ahead 17-16, now it's UW 26-19. There have barely been any whistles, this game is going fast. The Q2 media TO came w/ about 2 minutes left.

edit--26-21 at halftime

UW is containing Hristova and Molina again, but Melgoza hasn't gotten going at all either

With 6 points in the first half, Hristova is 8 points away from joining the 2000 point club.

Quality of play is picking up a bit in Q3. 38-32 UW, Molina shooting a FT on the and-1 after the media TO. Unbelievably that was her first points of the game.

How in the world did I not know that UW's Khayla Rooks is the daughter of former Arizona player Sean Rooks? She's a Jr., I've never heard the announcers talk about that before. Weird.

42-37 UW thru Q3. Bobbi Buckets has now scored 2000 points, congrats to her.

10-0 run by WSU to take the lead.

Melgoza was on the bench the whole time. I can't understand what Wynn was thinking.

Molina getting going now, 50-47 Cougs.

UW w/ several bone headed TOs.

edit--make that 52-47, 15-2 run by WSU

After being ice cold all game, now Molina can't miss. 3 straight 3's for her. Cougs up 8, Dawgs look dead in the water. They've been consistently bad in the 2nd half and particularly 4th quarters of games this year.

Megloza w/ an and-1, but Muzet comes right back with another 3. 58-50 2:10 left.

64-56 W/ 17.3 seconds left. Hristova w/ 18, Molina 14 (almost all in the 4th quarter) and Subasic w/ 12. Melgoza led UW w/ 14 and Peterson had 10.

66-59 final. Yet another 2nd half collapse by UW.

How tall is this Molina?

Listed at 5-9. I have no idea if that is accurate or not. Good rebounder for her size. Pac 12 has a handful of guards who are strong on the boards.

Probably more like 5-7 in real inches.
