Apparently I was off on the start time to this one.

33-17 BAY with 2:40 left in half

Egbo and Smith looking good today. Honestly the entire sophomore class has been good.

Richards D has been spot on.

WSU shooting lights out this 2nd half

Hristova left the court after a collision with a possible head injury. Looks like she's done for the day. Hopefully she can still play this tournament.

WSU possibly has the toughest slate ever of games on consecutive days: #2 Baylor, #5 South Carolina, #17 Indiana.

Two legendary point guards as head coaches in this one. I wonder if they ever played against each other? Mulkey played 1980-84 at LaTech, Etheridge was at Texas 1983-86.

LaTech defeated Texas in the regional finals in 1983 and 1984.

Ha I looked that up as well. I see that LaTech also beat Texas early in the regular season in 1982-83.

That was when LaTech was the premiere dynasty in the sport and Texas was an ascendant power.
