14-8 ASU w/ a bit more than a minute left in Q1. Looks like it's being played at the pace the Devils want.
 
The Devils seem to be struggling to shake off last Sunday. Tapley is 5 for 6 for 10 points including a layup as time expired in the half.

Washington State is a severely challenged team. Molina held in check in the first half. Cougs were 1 for 10 from 3 which should change.

All the Devils scoring is from Tapley, Richardson, and Ryan that has to change. Jaime Ruden 0 for 4.

I expect a much different second half as Cougars start to hit threes. Devils will have to find work interior scoring. Look for Eboni Walker to step up.

Cougs grab a lead w/ about 5 minutes left.
 
Tough loss for Washington State. They gave ASU all they could handle.

Bobi Buckets with 24 points.
Reili Richardson with an unusually prolific offensive game: 22 pts to go with her 5 assists and 5 boards.
 
CTT was candid in post game radio interview with Jeff Munn:. poor post defense, lack of hustle, non seniors still don't know the plays.

Cougars are a stuggling team but after building a 12 point lead early in the 3rd quarter the Devils couldn't put them away.

Before the game I hoped we could win this and the next four (Washington, Colorado, Utah and California) setting up a big game at home against Stanford to end the regular season.

Now, I'll be amazed if we split before Stanford.
