I'm gonna go way out on a limb here and guess Oregon doesn't have a 3rd straight game of being held under 10 points in the opening quarter. 7 against Arizona and 5 against WSU.

You must be sitting in a 100 year old Oak 😁

Washington only has eight players and Oregon will be without Nyara Sabally (ankle).

All along Coach Wynn has wanted to use waves of substitutions w/ 10 or more players, and she's only been able to do that briefly in her 3 1/2 years at the helm. Unbelievable how they are continually shorthanded.

Boley and Watson also out for the Ducks.

Now Sadler is hurt 2 minutes into the game. UW may have to forfeit before this one is over.

I was wrong, Ducks are stinking up the court, again.

Tied at 7 w/ the hapless Huskies.

17-10 thru Q1. Huskies shooting 19% from the floor. They are horrible. If Ducks don't win by 30 it should count as an L.

I had to quit watching. Somehow still within 8 at 26-18. Make that 26-20. How in the world is Oregon letting this craptastic team hang around with them?

Shelley, Chavez and Mikesell have combined for 0 points on 0-8 shooting.

Giomi having a nice game, along w/ Prince and Parrish.

Huskies appear to have more than 7.
9 played in the first half according to the box score.

edit--Ducks have also played 9, even w/ 3 out they have more than enough players.

I've seen on other threads most seem fairly low on Giomi, but I like what I see from her. She knows what she is capable of and doesn't try to do too much. 9 points on 4-4 shooting today and 5 rebounds. She's shooting 68% from the floor for the season. The Ducks have a ton of big bodies so they don't need her to play much, but I don't think she's a bad option at all.

69-52 final. Comfortable win, but should've easily won by more.

Mikesell was 1-9 from three today. She is coming off the bench now. Maybe not the smartest idea to go to Oregon with all the guard recruits in the 2020 class.
That's what I thought when she made her choice.

You can't base that on beating up UW.
True. But, on the positive side (for Oregon): Prince had her best game so far. I can't say she's back, since she's been absent most of the season so it's more like seeing her potential for the first time: 16 pts., 7 rebounds, 2 assists, a steal, and 5 blocks is a nice line even given the opposition. The Prince/Giomi pairing was a nice surprise; both can really move up and down the court (Giomi especially). And I think the Prince/Sabally combination will also be very effective. (Once she learns not to pass into traffic, Dugalich is a good fit here as well, since she and Sabally are the most physical bigs and best rebounders on the team.)
