This year, 2 power 5 schools promoted 2 top assistants to lead their programs. Kyra Elzy took over for Matthew Mitchell due to his health and Brooke Wyckoff took over as interim for Sue Samrau at FSU for Sue to take care of her mother. Both programs are projected to qualify for the NCAA. Elzy inherited more talent and has been in the top 25 all year. Wyckoff lost some key leadership but still had a solid squad. How did they do?
