Nova - obviously best Northeast team the past five years, even over ten years.
UConn -2014 was four years ago, 7 tourney wins in five years. UConn has had a better 5 years than shall even with two bad seaaons, lol. Better twenty year span than Nova too.
Shall - one win in march in 5 years doesn't allow shall to magically pass uconn. Shall will trade their five years with UConn and their five with that championship even with two bad seasons in a heartbeat no doubt.

Then again maybe it's a Connecticut thing to put a huge emphasis on march since...you know.

Quite a statement with one NCAA win (and 3 bids) in 5 years. Off the top of my head, in the same span, UConn has an NCAA title, Syracuse a Final Four, 5 straight bids for Providence and URI has two NCAA wins. Bar none?!?
