I got annoyed by the miscues--in both offense and defense--in the first half. Particularly by the haphazard way Jasmine was covered even after she showed she was on for this game. It would be beyond belief that Geno didn't tell them to face guard her after the first few confident baskets. And the layup misses by everybody, mostly due to not passing the ball out of the paint when covered by 3 or 4 defenders. Nonetheless, I wasn't worried about the outcome even with all of that because, outside of Jasmine, the Villanova offense was struggling with the Husky defense and held up only by it's rebounds, many of which were fortuitous.
