The RU football board, they really, really hate the OBE. And the AAC teams for dissing them and how rudely we treated them. We have a gripe also because they think they're all that and yet leached off the BE for many, many years. Now they can leach off the BIG.

I think of Rutgers as the fat kid who couldn't even get elected president of the audio-visual club or the Litter patrol but somehow inexplicably ended up with the head cheerleader as his prom date. She isn't really happy about it but she had a fight with the quarterback right before prom so she was desperate for someone and he met the basic qualifications...she won't dance with him, and she won't kiss him goodnight, but he is on cloud-9 anyway.

The thing that annoys about the RU fanbase is that you'd think they'd know they hit the geographic jackpot and would be quietly grateful.

But they insist it has more to do with things other than cable boxes and NJ recruiting and they like to rub it everyone else's faces.

Rutgers will draw bigger football crowds and cash bigger checks. But they'll continue to embarrass themselves and win nothing. Pretty much sums up their miserable existance.
