VERY OT: Tailgate menu for the BYE Week...

Can't let you guys down: Background- Was cleaning up the garden & my apple tree had been very generous this season. The Apple Harvest Festival is the next 2 weekends in Southington, with a huge parade on Sunday. Invited part of my tailgate crew over for dinner.
Menu: Center cut pork chops with cornbread stuffing infused with apples, raisins & cognac.
Garlic au gratin potatos (using both extra sharp cheddar & romano cheeses).
Vegetable stir fry of zucchini, frying peppers, tomatos & more garlic.
Baked apples for dessert (ice cream optional)
Beer & wine to wash it all down.
Enjoy!
