Kentucky is in free fall, so this is not as impressive as it would've seemed 3 months ago, but still. Nice pickup of 2nd win and ending their 5 game losing streak!

I’m disappointed in the LV’s going down. I was hoping they would keep winning until they came to Hartford to face the Huskies. A win over a top-5 team would have been great for UConn.

Tennessee won at least four games in the fourth quarter after trailing much of the game or going back and forth. They finally played a team that did not wilt in the fourth quarter. That was bothering me about the UConn game because UConn had been struggling in the fourth quarter except for yesterday. The present UConn team should win, especially with it being a home game. Arkansas beating LSU will help UConn's RPI. I hope they hold on to a 19 point lead with 6 minutes to go. Come on Arkansas!

I wonder if all those experts are going to rag on Tennessee for losing to an unranked team, like they did on UConn's loss to GT or even Oregon. Both of those teams were ranked in the next poll. Auburn will not get ranked, they're not even close to being in the Top 75 according to Massey #93, eleven behind Vandy #82.

Who is olddude? I don't see anyone by that name. Now if you meant @oldude, then NO, he's just looking to help UConn obtain a higher seeding in the tourney and maybe even get to stay in Bridgeport.

I’m a Big Picture guy. I really only care about one team and what’s best for that team. The better TN’s record, the more it helps UConn when they beat the LV’s…..and as an added bonus, the longer and more vitriolic the number of posts on VN.

On the S.C. broadcast, Coach Peck et al. said that Shak Austin would be a top-3 pick and possibly THE top pick. Mike T. has the pick. I think he will choose well.

Yeah Oldude, I would, but there is no certainty that we will beat them. I just wanted anyone to beat them to shut their mouths, but losing to the worst team in the SEC is pretty sweet.
