Utah (0-0) OPENS their season against the Ducks in Eugene who have three games under their belt ...ouch... gotta be a bad situation for the Utes. Damn this pandemic anyway...

Sedona Prince will be held out today with an sore ankle. Probably could have played if they felt she was really needed per radio. Light sprain from last game.

Who takes her spot, Sabally?

I also think Utah may have lost one of their starters to transfer. I would hate to have my first game in this pandemic impacted preseason and season be against the Ducks.

I would look for the margin of victory to be north of 25 points.

This one is about over already. 20-4 Ducks.

I got it right w/ my 2nd guess, 3 guards starting. Mikesell, Paopao and Chavez along w/ Boley and Sabally.

Paopao is starting to come into form. And Boley. I remember going over to the Notre Dame board and they would diss her game badly. Boley looking very, very good this season. Graves has to be real happy to the start of this season

Graves is extremely happy with the teams performance today on post game radio show. Every freshman is so talented. They play so well together which is a very rare thing so early in the season. You can’t say Oregon left starters in to run up the score because everyone contributes. In a couple of years they are going to be scary good...imagine the freshmen now and then as upper class players

Oregons bench played 49% of the minutes to put it in perspective.

PaoPao, Boley, and Sabally are already playing at midsession form IMO. With Prince back next week that leaves the #2 a question. Second off game for Mikesell but proven player so... Dugalic was a force and Parrish had her best game. Lots of hustle from Shelley and Scherr. Hard to keep them off the floor.

Really think that Graves will be playing 10-11 players in a rotation all year. That much talent on this team.

Correct me if I am wrong but hasn't there been a different high scorer in each of the four games?

FYI: The Dre'Una Edwards transfer was two seasons ago. Utah played last season without her.

Honestly, this game was always going to be a mismatch. Utah hasn't been able to practice due to COVID protocol, and having their first game against Oregon doesn't help matters as they try to get their season started. I expect them to get things in order moving forward and hopefully gel a bit more as they get more games under their belt.

Oregon is one of the more fun teams to watch with their wealth of offensive talent. I think people may be sleeping on just how good they can be this year.
And it seems like a lot of people are selling them short defensively.
