USSF D license

Does anyone have a USSF National D license? Taking a course in Lancaster, MA in August. Got a scholarship for it so it was basically free to sign up for. If anyone has taken the course, let me know how it went, what I can expect, does the license even do anything for you,etc.

Haven't done that. I did an F license years ago. But more recently I've been doing United Soccer Coach certifications. Found them more coach oriented. But if you're getting it paid for, I'd definitely do it. Had a friend who did all the way up through the A license with USSF. He said there was a lot of playing by the coaches during his coaches.

My club required that all coaches have atleast their D. License.
