I just wonder what her recruitment saw in her first time around. Tangibles may well be obvious but perhaps we have a harder time analyzing the intangibles in a potential recruit. Think back to Amari's recruitment. How did "we" miss on her, why did we not see the passiveness inherent in her personality structure? This marvelously sweet young lady lacked the potential to manufacture adrenaline in her personality structure. She was so structured against the necessary aggression that has to render one competitive. She could not get mad enough to want to fight back. She will find her niche in life and become successful in her chosen area, I'm sure of it.
