U16 trials cut down reduced possible roster from 135 to 42 on Saturday. All of the girls associated with UConn, or who were discussed in recent threads last week are still in camp.

The one 7th grader in camp -- Bilbert from Heritage Christian in Indy -- was cut.

Final cut downs to 12 are Monday afternoon.

Louisiana's own '15 6'5 C Kalani Brown to represent the USA U16 national team.

Congrats to Chassity LeaLea Carter on her U16 team selection.

Congrats to Sabrina Ionescu @Calstars on her making the U16 team

Maybe this info is already out there....but isn't Heritage Christian where our own Kelly went?
Bruin: you know anything about this new kid? Obviously one of your board obligations this coming season is to go see her play...I would think she is a big Faris fan...it would be nice for UConn to have a continuing link to Indiana.
