Both those polls solidify the AAC Champ as being the G5 New Year's day representative. Keeping at least two teams in Top 25 and few more receiving votes is what this league can and needs to do.

You are aware San Diego State is in Mountain West right?

That was a quick turnaround from 0-12 for UCF. Wish we could have even a fraction of that improvement pace.

So Texas A&M's win against Florida 19-17 was enough to jump over Memphis?

Uggh. I hate the coaches' poll. It's so lazy. A&M actually has a common game with Memphis; Memphis beat UCLA while the Aggies lost to them. Also, Memphis has the better record. The old P5 bump, I guess... :(

How is UConn not receiving votes? Did they not see our stunning road victory over Temple and our gutsy performance at home versus unranked Tulsa?? Uugh! What does a school have to do to get some notice?

All jokes aside, it's really nice that I thought to myself "what would we have to do the rest of the year to receive some votes?".... That thought hasn't crossed my mind in many (painful) years.

Not sure how anyone else feels, but UCF has sure looked better this year than USF to me. Kind of puzzled as to why they're behind USF

At least they are ranked side by side.

If they win out, they better pack the house for their Thanksgiving game on the 24th. Well in excess of 250k alumni in the area plus close to 100k students between the schools. Putting 45k ( or however seats are open due to safety) shouldn't be an issue.
