Holy c**p. AG had the surgery at Steadman Hawkins in Vail as I suggested in a post some time ago. Steadman was doing knees, and Hawlins shoulders. I believe they have retired, but the clinic has maintained its 5*+ with high level athletes. If this doesn't work, ...
