Updated per-40 spreadsheet for 2018-19 season

I uploaded an updated 2018-19 pivot table spreadsheet using the new layout (exhibition games on a separate page). It's a minor update, but since I claimed having them combined was annoying I thought I'd relieve my annoyance and give you an opportunity to relieve yours ;^)
