This little shift (-21 to -23) is likely due to the heavy volume of published info about the UConn juggernaut, thus triggering increased money on the Huskies. (There have been no changes (injuries, etc,) to justify this shift.)

The NCAA (may a curse be on your head and on your childrens' heads for 40 generations!) did do something right in that it just forced the two fantasy organizations to stop including college BB.
