The last time a team finished a season top 4 in both offense and defense was '08 Kansas who won the title. They did need a miracle to do so in the championship game, though, the infamous Memphis FT/Collins 3 to force OT. They also beat Steph Curry in the tournament.

Shut down the alleged “best player on the floor” . Illini fans were like he’s an automatic 25 and unstoppable. I guess that didn’t age so well.
