Unrivaled 1v1 tourney pick-'em

Hey fans - here's a link to a form for an Unrivaled pick-em. Please make sure your Boneyard handle is correct so I can give proper credit from round to round. A little warmup and practice for March.

First Round - Wednesday, February 11th, 7 pm
Second Round - Friday, February 13th, 7:30 pm
Semifinals & Finals - Saturday, February 14th, 6 pm

Please note that I'll do a new form for the second round after Wednesday's results, however might have to be creative for the semis and finals, perhaps a write in, as they are back to back.

Those are some interesting matchups.

Lots of changes to the lineups...

Kah Copper, Rikea Jackson, Jordin Canada, Skylar Diggins, AT and Tiffany Hayes are no longer in the tournament.

Amihere replaces AT and will face Boston in round one.

Aziaha James replaces Tiffany Hayse and will face Jackie Young in round one.

No one is replacing the other four players so that will give a round one bye to Allisha Gray, Rivers, KP, and Heideman.

Two thoughts:
1) they might have to rethink this format in the future since, with so many participants in the middle of their season, this is likely to recurring.
2) I hope that Rickea Jackson is ok.

Dang. I wish we did keep vote today. I guessed correctly all but Burton over Williams. I was batting 100 up until that last game.

I was most impressed by Burton's shutout of Courtney and Aaliyah's gutsy comeback win over Malonga.

This one was a heck of a comeback for Aaliyah. The refs are definitely letting them play as I thought Malonga could have been called for one of those pushes. A weird ending to the game too with the refs saying she hadn't cleared the ball properly.

Citron is finally coming into her own at Unrivaled. Came back from a deficit and handled Mabrey's physicality well. Some nice moves to score too.

There's a video with clips from the Budz stream after the upset that's hilarious. Per Courtney, "I got loose, only to get goose egged!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣. She's taking the L in stride though, which is great to see.

I think Paige and stewie are underdogs in their next matches. We will see if they can win those.
