It’s only 6 games in, but I’m a numbers guy and I started looking at some team and personal stats. A few are pretty surprising: 1. We rank in the top 10 in the country in team assists per game (19.5). Someone posted a thread about our team ball movement being very good and this proves it. It also helps that we are making shots. :). For reference, we averaged 14 apg as a team last year. 2. Speaking of making shots- would you have guessed Sanogo would start out his first 6 games making 67% of his 3s? He’s 6/9 and it’s a small sample size, but I don’t think he even attempted more than a couple 3s his first two years- tremendous improvement. Also Joey is shooting an impressive 57% on 3s (12/21). The kid can shoot! 3. Sanogo is also our best FT shooter at 86%! (19/22). He’s made huge strides in this area as well as he was not a good FT shooter his first two years. 4. Did anyone expect Clingan to be averaging close to 10 pts and 7 rebs per game? What a luxury to have him backing up Sanogo this year. These were just a few quick stats that I noticed. What other stats have stood out to everyone?
