Also, as we used to visit Pirates spring training and hope to again soon, the Bradenton/Sarasota area has a ton of cool stuff. I never thought I'd give Florida a thought as somewhere to live, but we're seriously considering that area. Good local and Latin food, solid microbreweries, cheap golf, beaches (not my thing but they're there), St. Armand's Circle, Cortez (nearby), and minor league baseball, among other things. And yes to Milwaukee. I live in Pittsburgh, and it has lots of assets, but we have more rainy days than Seattle. And you can't bike safely in the suburbs. [/QUOTE]
